The B&B "Bed & Board"

Welcome to the Gracewood Farm & Retreat, LLC's B&B -- "Bed & Board" for our visitors to the area and to our equestrian minded guests. There are three lovely and comfortable guest bedrooms for daily lease in the beautifully restored farm house, with a view of the horse pastures and tall mature trees.  Our carriage house suite has two beds with a living room, kitchenette and a deck/balcony with a scenic view of the large back pasture and woodlands.

For our equestrian guests who stay with our B&B, we offer stall lease service for your horse. There are six 12'x12' stalls in the main barn and a fenced riding arena to ride in. Guests may bring their equine companions with them on vacation to ride the local or regional trails. Guests can schedule private gaited horsemanship lessons or multi-day horsemanship training packages with the farm's riding instructor Lynn Gallup.

The Miaventura

Relax in the private Carriage House suite with a balcony view of the pastures and garden. Stairway leads to the upper level where  the suite is. Private bath. Kitchenette with range, refrigerator and dining bar. Dressing room area. Large sofa(-bed) to stretch out on. Two twin-extra long  (length of a queen) beds. Ideal for gentleman guest quarters or a couple.
